Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE REFER TO THE SIZE CHARTS TO ENSURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE.

Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.

RETURNS:

There are no returns unless it falls under one of these categories. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If you do have an issue that is stated above, please reach out to our support, dazirestudios@gmail.com, with your order number and proof of why you want to return the item. 

WE DO NOT DO RETURNS/REFUNDS FOR ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE, PLEASE LOOK AT THE SIZE CHARTS. 

CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are not responsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
